The Hill – – – As a new federal health care overhaul takes effect on Jan. 1, fitness blogger job listings online as well as online will be required to disclose how much time a job title will allow for online searches.
Under the new law, job postings for those who work from home will also require disclosure of whether or not they use the Internet to search for jobs.
As the Affordable Care Act takes effect Jan.1, health care blogger jobs are required to list the type of job and the location in which the job is located on their job postings.
Job postings posted to Facebook or other social media platforms will also have to disclose the type and location of the job.
The changes come as Congress tries to pass a healthcare overhaul that will provide health insurance to all Americans by 2017.
The changes will require all job listings, including health care bloggers, to include disclosures of job title, location, and hours of operation.
It is unclear whether job postings will require the same disclosure for other types of jobs, such as financial professionals and healthcare technicians.
