I love this article.
It makes me feel like I have to stop and ask the question I have been asking all my life.
Why are all the restaurants that I’ve been to in Houston just so darn good?
I can’t find a single one that I’m happy with.
I think this is partly because they’re so cheap.
The food is so good.
And there’s so many great people behind them.
I mean, how can you be good at something if you don’t have the same type of people behind you?
There are so many people who can do that at every level.
And that’s the beauty of Houston: There’s so much people who care about their city, who care what happens here, who are really passionate about this city.
If there was a way for us to just go out and do it, we could have been great chefs.
